Four SEC programs along with four student-athletes have advanced to compete in the 2024 National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics Championships, held April 18-20 in Fort Worth, Texas.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (April 9, 2024) –
Four SEC programs along with four student-athletes have advanced to compete in the 2024 National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics Championships.

The championships, hosted by Texas Woman's University and Knight Eady, will be held at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas on April 18-20.

Alabama, Arkansas, Florida and LSU are among the eight programs that qualified for the team competition. Arkansas and LSU will compete against California and Stanford in Semifinal I on Thursday, April 18 at 3:30 p.m. CT, live on ESPN2. Alabama and Florida will compete in Semifinal II along with Oklahoma and Utah on Thursday at 8 p.m. CT, live on ESPN2. The National Championship will take place on Saturday, April 20 at 3 p.m. ET, live on ABC.

In addition, the championships will also include the top all-around competitor and the top finisher on each event from each regional who are not members of a qualifying team.

First Championship was in 1982. From 1982 through 2012, there were but four schools that won the title. Those being Alabama, Georgia, UCLA, and Utah.
