What do ya wanna bet that Penn State number drops in the next year?

Surprised to see Tennessee so high, as well as Arky and South Carolina. Would have thought that USCw would have been higher, and that FSU would actually be on the list!

I think that is somebodys wishful thinking. You cant convince me Penn State is worth more money than Alabama nor can you convince me the cow college is worth more than Oklahoma.
