We already have a head-count thread.....
I think we have most everything covered, food wise and fixings, and all the other junk you need.
I know most folks are planning on getting there early to help with the bulk of stuff......Just wanted to remind folks bringing stuff to try and get there as early as you can stand it. We just don't want to have everything ready to go and be waiting on plates and somebody show up at 12:30. I don't think that will be the case, I'm sure Crimson and White Gecko will be there early, but you guys get the idea. We would really like to have most everything ready to go by 11:00.
To all of you that have volunteered to bring stuff, donated, and helped......we would like to say thanks and look forward to seeing you guys on Saturday.
