This is the score predicted by the geniuses at 98.1 here on the Gulf Coast of Florida. 877-981-0891 They're requesting Alabama fans to call in and give them specifics as to why Bama MIGHT win. So, my request is to truly dissect these guys.

Their computer came up with this version of the final score if they played this week 44.9-16.something in favor of Florida. Light up the phones, and tell them you came from RollTideBama.com or Crimsontusks.com - don't forget the plug, we can always use it! Don't be a dummy, have some real meat for them to chew on - like say - Mt. Cody vs. their Center! :D

Is a non-working number

Sorry, it is only during radio hours. I will return with every number I have. I'm not sure what air times are, but I'll return tomorrow with them. Please, stay tuned or call randomly during the day.

Southern Sports Tonight is a joke. The owner of that show is Scott McKinney. Although I do not know him, as far as his on air personallity,He seems to be a hack to me.
They really don't care much for Bama and they don't mind showing it. They slam our fan base constantly as the worse there is, Bear is dead and this ain't ''92''. They play clips of Saban's pressers and make fun there too. I've not heard them do any other coaches like that. I know those things aren't that big of a deal but a radio show touted as Southern Sports and it's about all southern schools, seems it should be a bit unbiased toward any particular school or fan base. Not jumping on the sterio typing band wagon and constantly running with it.

This is like rock bass just dying to jump on a hook. You can't keep them off long enough to do any real fishing, there are just too many of them.

If intelligent people called into shows like this, they would shut down the phone lines and never take any calls again.

The good thing for hosts like McKinney and Finebaum are that the most stupid fans just can't wait to call up those numbers and get their 15 minutes of fame. Stupid is what puts money in the bank for them.

Most of the callers are an embarrassment, not only to the university, but to the whole state of Alabama.

Call-in sports radio shows are only appealing to the most crass, uneducated, oblivious football fans who likely never graduated high school, yet consider themselves to be all knowing.

What would put McKinney and his type out of business would be dead phone lines and no interest in their provocative trolling on the airwaves. This will never happen though, because stupid will always be loud and visible.

I'd prefer to let them all think they are going to beat us by some crazy score. Makes it a little bit sweeter :)

The show runs from 4-7pm CST Monday through Friday. For us in the panhandle and south Alabama, it's the closest thing we have to college football radio and that ain't saying much. McKinney is a farce and I still cannot figure out how he is on the radio still after his indictments. He was popped this summer for embezzlement and fraud (basically making up bogus stock and selling to businesses in Ft. Walton, Pensacola, Crestview, etc.) and then taking the money and using it on elaborate vacations for himself. He spent 3 weeks in the pokey before someone posted his gigantic bail bond (I'm assuming the station owner). Ever since he's be back on Southern Sports Tonight in the evenings and The Morning Rap in the mornings with Rob Brown (think Jim Rome...only much, much worse). I reckon he owes some serious $$$.

You usually get calls with similar statements as-biggest statement game for Saban is Ole Miss! (or those that think the BHAM news has a conspiracy against Bama)

As usual your perception of call in radio listeners is way off.

As usual, your pissy attitude is way off. I have never commented on radio listeners before. Your attempt to trick readers into believing that I have is untruthful and malicious.

And, as you continually attempt to use my Ole Miss post against me in one out of every 2 replies you make related to me, I will continue to defend it.

The Ole Miss game was crucial, it was a trap game, and a game that 'Bama would usually let get by them in year's past.

Your small minded vendetta that you have created and are using against me over that post reveals your IQ, or lack thereof, much more than it does your cleverness.

You commented on and degraded radio listeners in the above post. (not sure how any of the- me trying to trick anybody makes any sense much less is untruthful or malicious)

The BHAM News had Bama vs MSU in color last week (over the oldest rivalry in the South) Not to mention the Bama game getting over late and thus being close to press time.

Are you still clinging to that idea?

You said this:

"As usual your perception of call in radio listeners is way off."

I informed you that your attempt to make readers believe that I have ever commented about radio listeners, before this instance, is false and malicious.

Perhaps you just can't properly construct a sentence and don't know how to make your words intelligible. I can't help it if you struggle with the written word while trying to make others understand what you are thinking.

It is probably frustrating not being able to put your thoughts down in words and have others understand what you are saying. I understand.

As for the B-Ham News, if there had been any way for them to get away with putting the AuNecks loss to Georgia in color and #1 'Bama's win in B&W, they certainly would have.

Unfortunately, for you and them, the AuNecks have continued to suck as the season rolls on and their rationalizations for putting them in color every week was growing tenuous, at best.

But, rest assured, if a horrible, unranked and floundering AuNeck team had somehow managed to beat an overrated Bulldog team, they would have certainly been in color over the #1 team in the nation.

I mean, that is just a given for the B-Ham news.

Yep Black helicopters are still circling Alties home

And, as always, my little friend is tracking my every post to get in his demeaning quips. I am used to it, Lenny, there have been many of you I have run across over the years online.

Lenny, the caped crusader, is adamant that he must defend the honor of the average redonkulus radio call in show caller.

To allow me to insult their intelligence is an affront to you, I suppose. Something that must be set right. You feel that to allow me to comment on anything without your disparaging retorts is somehow allowing me to win an imaginary game you are playing with yourself.

Keep crusading, little Lenny. Be ever vigilant.

Its not the callers im defending.(although a few are certainly well informed)

Im defending the listeners

Dude, do us a favor and throw away your keyboard. You're full of opinions just like talk radio show callers, but they're always way off. On top of that, you write with the style of a resident philosopher at the psychiatric ward.

I'm like you Shiloh, surrounded by Gators. I have managed to hold them off with, "We have Auburn to beat, then we can talk Alabama - Forida. Saban's Rules."

But when I do get hit with, "Whast Alabama going to do to stop xxxxx?" I ask them, what is FLorida going to do to stop xxxx? You can't score when your on defense all day........"

I just try to get them to explain how they are going to win, not vice versa. It usualy leads to some interesting answers.

Personal insults are not promoted on RTB. Thanks.
