🏈 Five Alabama freshmen played in their fifth game of the season on Saturday, ending the possibility of them receiving a redshirt.

Listed alphabetically, those players are outside linebacker Eyabi Anoma, inside linebacker Ale Kaho, inside linebacker Jaylen Moody, cornerback Patrick Surtain Jr. and wide receiver Jaylen Waddle.

Running back Jerome Ford and cornerback Josh Jobe both played on Saturday, their fourth games of the season. Neither appeared against Texas A&M.

Punter Skyler DeLong has appeared in four games this season but did not play on Saturday. Alabama did not punt during the game.

I am still waiting for my son's idea of a team dance called "The Freshman Waddle" to come to fruition. The kid is electric.... I think he must be covered in grease as lots of people have opportunities and nobody seems to be able to grab him. I have heard comparisons to Deuce, but he is faster and looks a lot different doing his "waddle" than Deuce did "being loose".... I wonder who would be a better comparison? I've been thinking....haven't come up with a suitable one yet.
