🏈 🔥 Hot Seat 2025 / Coaching Carousel: OL Coach Kap and Alabama part ways

He has a complete line of strangers.. they are basically starting from scratch...ITS GOING TO HAVE TO BE A REALLY GOOD COACH.. I'm just saying the woes from the first two years better go away... of he will be out the door..
Woes from the first two years……it’s asinine to me how some fans don’t give the dude credit for getting us the playoffs

If that ends up being the offensive line coach, that will be underwhelming. Those Steelers lines were not that great during that period and the Pats offensive line was a huge issue in 2023.

Alabama and DeBoer can certainly do better than a former line coach transitioned to a senior defensive analyst at USC.
He may not be the primary OL coach. He would likely be the Running Game Coordinator OL Assistant Coach. Lately things in the NFL and College have changed, people don't just have 1 OL guy anymore and we are adjusting with that model we will likely have an encompassing assistant like that. Also Klemm has health issues so he can't be the main OL coach day in and day out from what I've heard so we shall see if it comes to fruition.

I've heard some people float Missouri's OL coaches names around, a few people have floated that we may be looking at Scott Huff or others, honestly it looks like either way we're looking for a primary OL coach and a secondary assistant to help with run game coordination and work with the backs also.

Why cant Grubb be the 2d OL coach.. he used to actually coach offensive line... that way the O L and the offensive cord will gel..

So you are saying we won't need RB coach anymore.

So, you feel Bama will hire an additional coach for the OL group?
