I have a general policy to ignore this guy but sometimes I regress and usually regret the dialogue that follows. Was a simple statement not to be controversial. Turns into useless debate.

Iā€™ve had enough. Over the past few months, Iā€™ve genuinely tried to keep things respectful and balanced. I have a lot of respect for many members of this board, including @BamaFan334. Weā€™ve gone at each other plenty of times, but at the end of the day thereā€™s always been mutual respect (Iā€™m still waiting on that hat!).


But @mando, things feel different with you. The way you speak to me and about me often feels dismissive and disrespectful, and Iā€™m tired of it. Iā€™ve tried to engage with you in good faithā€”asking questions and trying to understand your perspective out of genuine curiosity. I donā€™t call you names. I donā€™t insult you. I donā€™t talk about you behind your back on the board. Yet it feels like that courtesy isnā€™t returned.


It often seems like you take everything personally when it comes to me, and I honestly donā€™t understand why. What used to be a fun place for conversation has started to feel exhausting. I constantly feel like I have to defend myself, and thatā€™s taken the enjoyment out of being here.


Because of that, Iā€™m going to step away from the board for a while. Iā€™m not going to keep posting somewhere I feel consistently disrespected, especially when I havenā€™t done anything to warrant it.


I wish things were different, but for now, Iā€™m done.
