I noticed the roses was probably a Kentucky Derby reference, and I assumed "Curiosity" was one of the recent winners of the Derby or something, ha ha.

We're dealing with this right now on my 10U team. Center during the year was a traditional snapper and has gotten the yips that is absolutely killing us. Got a new kid picking up with us that takes the Dead Ball approach and is much more accurate. The biggest thing too is that when the dead ball snapper misses he isn't costing us 10-12 yards like the traditional snapper is simply due to the heat of the snaps and ball rotation.
