I'm cheering for all SEC teams except Auburn. Probably not smart on my part, as Ole Miss has become stronger in recruiting lately, but I want the SEC to remain the powerhouse conference.

Just as a FWIW...

The story has a few different bits and pieces but it boils down to "pay for visits" kind of recruiting...I've heard from more than four or five different people—none relying on the same information source—that Ole Miss was sent a letter of warning/reprimand about all of this within the last year.

It's my opinion this is ticking some people off. But, until they are winning it's not going to make other coaches mad enough to create waves.

I have to say Ole Miss was a surprising disappointment this year. After the hype they received under Freeze's first year, and really played a lot of good teams closely.......this year seemed to be a let down IMO. I agree Terry, I would imagine that if they start beating a few power houses that there will be some stink raised.

Rece Davis just said, "A&M is getting outplayed, outhit, and outhustled." Put that quote with an earlier ESPN crawl storyline that said Sumlin was going to honor his contract and not interview with NFL teams. I have a feeling there are a bunch of aggie fans who wished he would.

In about three hours, Sumlin loses Johnny Drama, Mike Evans, and Jake Mathews. His O next year could look as bad as his D this year.
