Fed Judge Rules in Favor of Brady

Not really ground breaking news here, just sad that it had to go this far. Goodell is probably (hopefully) embarrassed now that he has overruled for trying to be judge jury and executioner. Hoping to see some major changes in the punishment policies in the NFL soon.

But hey, Brady will be playing instead of spending time with Gisele

A restoration of sanity. It isn't as if the game in question were some close affair that might have been decided by the alleged deflation of footballs. The Patriots absolutely abused the Colts in the AFC CG.

And no, Mr. Goodell, you cannot be investigator, prosecutor and jury all at once on the same matter.

Definitely not surprised, the whole thing was a SHAM. NFL has been f'ing stuff up for a while now.

Yeah lots of people saying screwing with Kraft, who was originally one of Goodell's biggest supporters, is what will be his eventual downfall.

Not even just that the whole thing was a sham- they had no evidence, only suspicion that Brady was involved, and it had no effect on the game.

But more importantly are the varying punishments he is dishing out.

Ray Rice originally got 2 games for beating his fiance senseless and dragging her out of the elevator... not until the video went public did Goodell change his tune.

Matt Prater got a DUI 4 years ago and was in the alcohol program for the NFL. Somehow Goodell found out he had a few beers AT HAS OWN house for a rtb of July party, and he got suspended for 4 games.

I can't remember who exactly, but someone had a wreck and left the scene (presumably shitfaced) and I think Goodell left it up to the team to suspend the guy.

There is no rhyme or reason to his sentences

NFL is going to appeal, but doubt they go after Brady suspension.

Goodell has been inconsistently consistent...if there was such a thing.
