🏈 Favorite Bama Pass Receptions?

The Nutt was so excited ...

And then, with 8 seconds left...

JPW to Caddell.

One of my personal favorites. Aside from it being one of CNS' first big wins in BDS, it was my first weekend home on mid-tour leave from Iraq that year and the first CNS coached Bama game I saw.

1985 Bama Georgia game's last minute. We appear to lose the game on a blocked punt, only to come back in the final seconds, with no timeouts, on two good receptions by Richardson and two clutch catches by Al Bell.

He wasn't the best head coach, but Shula was a great competitor and QB in pressure situations. This drive and the final drive to set up Tiffin's kick were magical.
