🏈 Faq: Site Navigation- Streamlining A Few Things.

Off season is practically here so there's a few things we'll be tackling this offseason. There's a quick change I want to point out that streamlines, so to speak, your conversations on the site.

Directions:

Profile > Preferences > Options > Live Update Display Options > Both.




When you receive alerts on the site you'll get them in two places. For those of you that keep more than one tab open at a time it's a much easier way to track conversations, subjects, updates, etc.

I've got three tabs open, two of them are on the front end. You'll see in the tabs how the site updates now...

I don't know how many of you guys have even looked at it...if you haven't, might want to glance at the Home page of the site when you get a chance.



It's been up since we launched the xF software, but nothing was done with it due to things on this end. We're working on that—along with a few other things inexplicably arguing with it—with hopes.

I'm thinking it'll serve as a live news portal. Right now, I've put the feeds in place so anything coming from the SID's press releases will feed there as soon as they're published. Hopes include feeds from what we're talking about (in place with the notification system above,) national and conference news, along with the normal riff-raff.

Comments, criticisms, corrections, suggestions...you all know the drill...

If this works like I think it will the notifications aspect can be customized easily for your ideal news feed...it's interesting what this software can do, but getting it to not argue with itself is a bitch, at times.
