Bama started out at 8.5 in February which was really good value. It was a matter of when, not if, it went up.

Interesting that the SEC win totals are a full point lower than in the past. Usually see 10.5 for the top of the SEC teams.

A big part of it is the scheduling changes, IMO. Especially for a team like UGA.

I'm talking about the SEC schedules... UGA can't just feast on the "East" teams every year now... the actual conference schedules are harder with no divisions and OU and Texas in the mix. For UGA next year, they play Vols, Bama. Ole Miss, Texas... and that's on top of their rivalry games with UF and auburn.

UGA has pretty weak non conference....GaTech....only P4...
I guess it ok with teir very rugged conference schedule....
