I would say Easter Weekend, game being shown on live TV, and bad weather have all contributed to the decline. While we do have our share of fans that have no clue about football, most know that nothing will be shown as to how the season will play out, new plays, great QB play, etc.

Idle thought that crossed my mind last night ...

IF we look at the average attendance at college football games (2014 numbers on NCAA.org) the Bama spring game would rank 16th out of the 120+ programs in FBS play.
