The fact that they are able to calculate/measure the amount of power you are generating is amazing. I remember when CNS was interviewing potential replacements for Cochran, it was stated that the tandem of Rhea and Ballou impressed Saban with their understanding of the technology they were using. All big programs have the money to get technology. But to be able to use it and maximize the potential.

I think this is the year we really see how big that hire was.
