I made this comment multiple times last night after the game was over, but did this play not look eerily similar to the play ran against Georgia to win the SEC Championship in 2012 to play Notre Dame? Different hash, but damn sure about the same yard line, both receivers appeared to slow down, then speed up with the ball in the air, and there are two Georgia defenders looking at one another. I love it. Roll Tide.

The whole game felt similar. We got down and lost momentum in 2012 with the blocked field goal attempt. But having a true freshman lead us home is different and who would have thunked it?
