It was, but it still kinda came off as attempting to "leave bread crumbs" of a "possible" conspiracy, while saying "it's not a conspiracy".

Kinda talking out of both sides of his neck, in a way, subtly.

He dedicated over half the content of a multi-pointed piece talking, winking and nodding, about the single point of Financials and specifically, the CTF. Seems to allege that Bryant, Jr set up a nice racket thru Bryant Bank to conduct under-the-radar football business while covering enough tracks to look legit.

Sounds like you weren't impressed? He did say it was mostly coach Saban and for that, he was mostly right.

No, overall good read, just felt like he was implying a conspiracy while saying "not a conspiracy" when he spent over half the piece talking about our money.
