What are the chances he will not get any playing time this season at all? There are rumors within UA that credits haven't transferred and may not be able to play this year if he has to re-take classes. If that is the case would this year burn anything on his eligibility?

About the only thing I know is the way the SEC rules work. He has to graduate from JUCO before he can be eligible for SEC play. IF he hasn't, he can't.

I don't know exactly where the hang up is but what you are hearing makes sense. I'd bet 95+% of students who transfer from a quarter system to a semester system lose credits along the way.

He's got three to play two so all isn't lost: I hope.
