Check out Keith Dunnavant's heart-warming story on Kent Waldrep, the TCU running back who became paralyzed while playing against the Crimson Tide in 1974—and, out of the tragedy, developed a special relationship with the University of Alabama.

In fact, one of his sons, who is on the Bryant Scholarship, graduates from the Capstone on Saturday.

I wasn't at that particular game, but I remember that play all too well, replaye dover and over. It is great that his life has worked out. You look at what Kent Waldrep has done in spite of that injury and it makes you want to never whine again.
