i almost wish we could keep our entire "sports science" program a secret... just let the play on the field look amazing and everyone left thinking we're just doing it the good old fashioned way like when Cochran was still here. one day, everyone else will learn how to train like this! LOL

Naw, they'd say it's deer antler spray.

Game day is finally here and the thing I'm most excited about is watching Anderson this season. I think it was @BamaFan334 who said the other day in the hot take prediction thread that Will Anderson will have a better overall season than Oregon's Kayvon Thibodeaux. I remember because I was going to make the same prediction, pretty much verbatim on that thread, and it isn't because Thibodeaux ain't good. But Anderson is basically the defensive version of what Tua was in terms of the jaw dropping things he consistently does in practice. And like the article above points out, he's not going up against chopped liver. Since 2005, the most sacks in a season is 20 by Louisville's Elvis Dumervil ('05). To put that in perspective, more recently, UK's Josh Allen had 17 and OSU's Chase Young had 16.5. If Anderson stays healthy all year, he will be right up there in the thick of it come season's end, and 20 isn't out of the question, IMO. He's also a shoe in to be elected a team captain as well, his teammates love him. I'm ready to watch him absolutely wreck some folks...
