One thing that caught me eye was comment to CNS that he was working too hard. Coach Saban is as good as I have ever seen regarding getting his players to buy in. Last year, as was said, some guys got the idea that all they had to do was throw their jock straps on the field and they would win. No amount of hard work by the coach can change that. Fiery leaders such as Hightower, Fluker, etc. can sometimes get the message across. Sometimes it takes losing back to back to two clearly inferior teams. You don't suddenly buy in during Auburn week. You buy in during two a days and summer workouts.
