PSU will not jump BAMA, further they do not have a game remaining that would allow them to jump an undefeated ALABAMA.

As for the Texas/USC theat, that could happen only if the following does not happen:
BAMA runs the table, or
PSU runs the table, or
1-loss UGA beats BAMA in the SEC CG, or
Texas loses, or
USC loses again.

I'm more concern once the media begin the Texas/USC NC buzz. You'll see them start tossing the word "rematch" around first chance they get.

Only problem is there's an undefeated Bama and Penn State in the way.

Btw, I hope Texas Tech hangs at least 60 on UT.

Well USC needs to put up better style points if they want to be part of the media buzz. 17-10 against Arizona ain't gonna start much talk.
