against Bama like Stephen Garcia did?

I'm still wondering if someone else was wearing Garcia's jersey that day? :headscratch:

I would love to see the old pic-6 version of Lee and the tippy-toe version of Jefferson on Saturday!

I just don't see it playing out that way. It was the perfect storm for South Carolina. We had just gone through a stretch of rough games, they had a week off to rest and gameplan for us, home field advantage, and the motivation of knocking off the reigning National Champions and the the time current #1 team in the country. Between us getting the rest we needed, having more experience, and our players (hopefully) not taking games for granted I just don't see a perfect game for them happening. Also, I've never really been a big fan of the dual QB thing. I mean, it can work but in my opinion it just throws off the rhythm of an offense. I'm gonna make a prediction. Lee throws 2 picks early in the game and we don't see him in the 2nd half.

bear, I have to say I chuckled a bit reading the first sentence of your post. The only concern you guys should have about Jefferson and Lee looking like world-beaters is if you plan on suiting up your scout team defense and not actually calling plays. Also, you and I would have to start on the defensive line.

Garcia is mistake-prone but is actually a good QB. Jefferson and Lee are just mistake-prone--period.

Well, I've sat through a few LSU games this season, and Jefferson had yet to have a game like he did today. :headscratch:

Are you a psychic wizard or something? I wouldn't have thought either one of those would ever have a game this year where they didn't screw it all up themselves.

Although, I watched Auburn make Jarrett Lee look like Joe Montana a few years ago and Jordan Jefferson like Donovan McNabb last season so I feel your pain.
