As of this writing, we,I, do not know what transpired to cause his suspension. But,it is obvious that CNS is in control. Tough to hear for DJ. But we will be better once all get on board his philosophy of coaching. RTR

FWIW, guys. I'm sure Eli got this one wrong. How, I don't know.

IF a player under Saban is suspended for the entire game, they don't dress out for the game.

DJ has been on the sidelines all game long. I suspected we'd see him in the second half from the first announcement.

TUSCALOOSA -- Alabama leading receiver DJ Hall has been suspended for today's game against Louisiana-Monroe.

Hall was benched by coach Nick Saban because of a violation of team policy, according to football SID Jeff Purinton.

Hall participated in Senior Day ceremonies before the game. He was in full uniform on the bench during the game.

So, the blog has been edited.

Still, it goes back to what I posted earlier. When a player has been suspended for a game, Saban hasn't dressed them out.

I suspect that Gattis got his word from listening to Eli.

Saban wouldn't say if Hall's suspension had initially been for a half or the game.
