🏈 Did y'all see Bacarri Rambo smack talk?

UGA players have been talking a little smack, in bits and pieces, all week – most notably with safety Bacarri Rambo saying “We have better players (than Alabama) across the board.”

This is from the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

I hope this makes the bulletin board in our locker room.

He was baited... Listen to the interview, I didn't take it as bad as some are making it. Sure he could have responded differently, he is a Senior...but with the last name of Rambo, I'd expect a little fight outta him

You guys are in the SEC Championship game against Alabama. How do you think you match up with a team that some say you are actually more talented than.

The untold story here in my opinion. UGA made it last year to the SECCG and got smoked. Alabama didn't make it to the SECCG game and it appears the players want to make sure that box is checked this year - both teams are going to come ready to play.

All are better served not to get caught up in sound bytes in this day and age. The majority rarely reflect the true nature of what was asked and responded to...

Ata boy, Rambo. Tell our players they are not as good as you all, so they have something to prove. Tell your fans to show up in all black too. I can't figure out why Alabama fans are going to bother showing up to the game. Maybe the hotdogs are second to none, in the Georgia Dome. Who knows? Anyway, please take it easy on us, as we are a timid bunch.

I think things are being way overblown with the he said/she said stuff. I don't think it's going to affect the game at all and if it was going then whichever was going to be affected by it probably didnt have the motivation to be in the game and the result won't come as a surprise to them when said player's team loses.

Talk and bravado are cheap and only last til you get punched in the mouth that first time. Media are all about trying to bait these guys now that it has become pretty sad. I think Kenyan Drake tweeted that it wasn't a big game to us, we do this every weekend type comment. UGA media wanted to blow that up as well.
