🏈 Defensive delay of game penalty in Auburn game?

Did anyone catch the opening drive of the Auburn/LSU game. The officials called a penalty on Auburn for "defensive delay of game". I didn't understand what Auburn did wrong and had never heard of this particular penalty. Did anyone else see this? Can anyone explain what it was Auburn did to get the penalty? It was a very strange call, in my opinion anyway......

Not sure why it was called on auburn yesterday, but I think I remember Stan White bitching about it after I turned on the radio a few plays after it happened... then he proceeded to whine about 3 more things on my 8 minute drive home from the game.

Anyway... they call that on the defense for things like moving the football after it has been spotted, simulating the snap count, not getting off of the ball carrier after a tackle while the clock is running, etc...

I didn't see it, but it can happen if the player impedes the refs in any way, such kicking the ball or delaying the spot of the ball.

The announcers mentioned about something the coaches did on the sideline or a sideline warning or violation, ESPN really didn't explain it very well.
