I live in DC and last Saturday I finally got around to the Old Dominion Brewhouse for the game. AWESOME experience.

Just curious if there are any other DC-area fans coming to the ODB for the FAU game?

I arrived a bit late and had to sit in a quieter room so I hope to get into the main room with all the diehards this Saturday I also missed Rammer Jammer, huge bummer.

My Daughter lives in DC. Went to a game there. It is awesome! Great food! Wall to Wall Bama Fans!

It's by Mt. Vernon Square. North of Chinatown.

I'm glad to hear that. I hope you found the suggestions here worth the time you took to ask for them. (thinking purely of myself and my suggestion to try there. :tongue-new: )

In all seriousness, I think I recall you saying you were a student in DC. I may be wrong. But, even if you are part of the "working class," I'd encourage you to develop friendships in that group. If there is one thing I've learned, our alumni base understands the value of networking.
