🏈 CSS Bama replay..good news and bad news

I didn't get to watch the VA Tech replay, so this is first time watching this season...last years game were done by Chris Stewart and Tyler Watts with original broadcast footage I do believe

This year,
Good news is they have synced it up with Eli Gold
Bad news is the A/V club is filming the games again

Scratch that, it is original footage, just grainy as hell....like it has been dubbed off of about 4 VHS tapes before CSS got it.

The condensed game comes on CBS Sports one day early this week... those are spectacular. They cut out all the crap between plays.

Just looked, it comes on tomorrow from 6:30-8:30 pm. Looks like it runs 2 hours this year instead of an hour... not sure how that changes the editing?

I do like some commentary between plays....maybe the 2 hours will include that, just edits out halftime, timeouts, etc...

That our maybe because the game took so dang long they could only edit it down to two hours.

It was set like that before the game. It might be because it was a big game and they knew they wanted to show more, I don't know... or it could just be the format this year. But I noticed it was a 2 hour block when I set it to record the other day before the game.

3 hour replay on now...watching CSS replay, audio is bad quality, you can almost picture someone adjusting the antennae during plays
