Shouldn't we be forcing the NY Times to reveal their source. Let's say that I agree with you that the crime was committed by the leaker, the decision to aide and abet that criminal is also a crime. Publishing it may not be (still can't get my mind around that), but taking the information and not reporting the criminal has got to be a crime. You would not have a leaker if you didn't have a consumer for that information...]
