UT LOST !!!!! :D

Now on to more pressing issues for the future.
1.) UT just getting to the SEC championship game was plenty enough to keep the wolves at bay in Knoxville. Fatty staying for another couple of years is GOOD! UT is a sinking ship right now with Fatty "manning" the helm!

2.)At the moment it appears that Miles will be staying at LSU! Again VERY GOOD for the rest of the league. This guy is the worst gameday coach in the league (even more so now that Ogre is gone at Ole Miss) This should return LSU to days of Curley DiNardo  I know hes recruiting well and they certainly have tons of talent but it will cave in on him soon IMO. The LSU faithful were hoping he was headed to Mich dont let them tell you otherwise. 8)

LSU has been the luckiest team all year so its not suprising they get the luckiest break in the history of College Football in getting in the Championship with 2 loses. Bout the only downside of this whole deal!

While LSU will have far superior talent to tOSU Tressel vs Miles is a mismatch of epic proportions too. Look for a good game with tOSU possibly pulling the upset!

My 2 cents!

2 cents well spent. I hope OSU wins. I usually pull for the SEC but not this time. I hate LSU more than I love the SEC for right now.

LSU will kill them by running the ball down there throat

OK, I’m just as much a SEC homer as anyone, but come on. You have to give Ohio State their due here. Stopping the run is what they are best at. They have only allowed 77 yards per game and only TWO rushing touchdowns all year. That’s pretty stout no matter who you play. LSU will need some kind of passing attack to win.

The teams they have played don't exactly have amazing running ability, LSU can beat them with Early too. Though it would be somewhat nice to watch Les lose.

I would have to say that Sat. wasn't so great. LSU vs. TENN was a wash(hate em' both). But I was pulling for Mizzou. Did not want to see WVirginia playing for the title either. I think if UT would have won, maybe UGA could have gone. So, Sat. wasn't that great for me.

Even though Michigan struggled early this season, you have to agree that Mike Hart and their offense line is a pretty good rushing attack, but they only managed 15 yards rushing against Ohio State. 15 Most of the yards they allowed this season were late in games when it was well in hand. LSU might win, but I doubt anyone is running it down Ohio State’s throat.

Did Mike Hart play in that game? For some reason I was thinking he didn't, but I really may be very wrong. Anyway, that is just one team with any sort of formidable running attack. Hester is one tough son-of-a-gun and I think they will have a tough time getting a hold on him. All LSU needs to do is get enough rushing yards to convert on all those fourth downs they are going to be going for anyway.

Needed to edit and say that yes he did play in that game, sorry.

I think that the LSU vs. OSU game will be a replay of the OSU vs. FL. Seems like the same scenario...Lsu has an overpowering defense and good scoring potential. LSU has played some intense games in the past month. OSU will have had too much time off once again. IMO

But the Miles "f-up factor" may be a key role in the games outcome.

LSU's defense...

Not only does OSU have a good defense, but LSU's is not as good as everyone thinks. It started out well against lousy offenses. Lately they have given up big yards to Arkansas and Kentucky. Not only that, but LSU's red zone defense is the worst in the SEC. They have allowed more than 90% scores when the other team reaches the red zone. Their only saving grace has been to keep the other team out of the red zone, which is not a bad idea, I guess. They have also dominated on offense in the red zone, which helps.

They will probably win, but it will be a fight with OSU. It may just come down to LSU's homefield advantage.

Give all the credit all you want brother Randy, but I still believe LSU will rip OSU.
I was stating the fact OSU defense is built on a house of cards or least looks that way to me.
