Can't say I blame them.
I've seen a few threads on tigerforums talking about the SECCG not meaning anything to them. "Just another game in New Orleans." Heck, they may be looking at the Cotton or Cap One (who likes East teams anyway.)
I'd bet, they won't make the same mistake they did in '05. They didn't even consider bowl possibilities until right before the SECCG and ended up in the Peach when we had secured something with the Cotton a good month in advance of their last minute plea.

I asked a simple question just a few minutes ago asking if this was the longest they have been without talking about Saban on the board. It got a bunch of nasty replies telling me to go do things to myself that aren't possible. I Wasn't trying to be a jackass, was just asking a question. Anyway, they deleted it and banned me.
I know we are supposed to show class as fans, but I'm sorry. I'm going to enjoy this till next year. Couldn't have happened to a better coach. I truly hate it for the players that did their best and showed some class. But as for their fans, ^^TO

i failed to see the humor in the sign, but you can bet i was laughin' my ass off at lsu last night! matter of fact i'm still laughing and i won't stop after 24 hours either!

To me what was so funny was the lack of fan support the entire game. To say that place was quiet was like saying "I don't like Auburn" (i.e. an understatement!)
Remember that one guy that came over after the game talking about how it wasn't very loud after Javy ran back the punt for a TD (at least not anything near as loud as Death Valley is). Yeah, whatever!
What happened to ole Death Valley last night? I think all those coonasses were snoozing after that big turkey/corndog dinner.
Only thing dead was the LSU crowd. :lol:
