In the north, they do not make cornbread dressing. My wife uses a cornbread dressing recipe from my mom and all of her family loves it.

Cornbread stuffing isn't new. Apple bacon? Yeah. That's a new one.

Instant stuffing mix in the can...I've eaten that as a snack, even between two pieces of bread with mayo. @Krimson

There's not a lot I don't eat. There's A LOT I modify.

It's been chilly, raining, for three plus days now...Lima beans and ham, modified, on the menu. With cornbread.

I've heard of a lot of sandwiches but never a bread sandwich. I mean I guess the mayo makes it a sandwich or maybe it's just bread with mayo? Love cornbread dressing but I just can't get behind that. Not to mention stuffing from a can....

It was titled, "Life as a college student." I made sure I had good meals. A combination of things, really, that led to those. They often came with a slice of tomato, some cheese, lettuce, etc.

I ate that way on TU and TH in college. I know (knew,) weird. But I wanted quick and filling for a few hours. I had five semesters where classes were basically 8-9:30 or so at night. BUT, knocked out credits quickly.

Jonathan Kellerman's series of crime novels...I'm pretty sure that's where the stuffing sandwich idea came from...one of the things I liked about his books were the sandwiches. You always had to eat them over the sink.

I like the twist with apple bacon. Sounds amazing.
