🏈Continuing our discussion(s) on metal detectors at BDS-- Should security confiscate cow bells if they are detected when fans are entering the stadium?
@OldPlayer, Do you think/consider the ringing of cow bells as fan noise or fake noise? If you think it's fake noise, and that's not ok, it would seem to me you care about the cow bells.
Cowbell's are fan noise. Artificial, pumped in noise via the speakers is fake noise (which I believe is illegal in all conferences). Some schools hand out those blow up sticks:
Real fans don't need gimmicks.
For a player on the field perspective, noise is noise. If half the opposing crowd had the cowbells and the other half had the bang sticks, it just comes over as noise.
