Sanctions against Florida State resulted in naming a new national champion. Think they'll still order rings?

I just know that I would not want to be the team that got a national title by default. Something very empty about that. Why even award another team the title? It's too far in the past anyway. The record books state that the 1984 SEC football title that Florida had to give up due to sanctions is just simply "vacated". Same for the 1988 SEC basketball title that Kentucky had to give up. No sense in just handing it off to another program.
