šŸˆ Cole Cubelic tweeted his power rankings for the SEC. I think it'll surprise a few fans.

Cole is very high on UK's offensive line and that counts for a lot when he does his ranking (and there's nothing wrong with that). He's also high on Stoops and his staff.
4th and goal at the two and couldn't get it in against UT (not mentioning three failed fourth down attempts in that game.) Then UF dropping almost 20 on them in the fourth quarter last season as well.

They were that close to having their second 10 win season and probably should have. I thought afterwards "it's just the mindset. They have to learn to win in the last part of the game."

Like Cole, I think Stoops can teach that.

The question I have is how long is UK able to hang on with Stoops before he starts looking at "greener pastures."

How bad is South Carolina to be below Ole Miss and MSU. Both are new coaches implementing new systems with bare cupboards. I like Kiffen's chances of having a better year than Leach simply based off the fact that Kiffen will play to his players strengths and try to cover up their weakness.
There again, Muschamp is going on year 5 and really is no better off than he was year 1. His head coaching career reminds me of Trent Richardson's NFL career.

OUCH!!!

Plus they arent very good
We'll see what happens to their offense. That was the issue last season, at least one of the biggest ones. As I recall, they were undefeated when they held their opponents to 20 or less points. No wins if they didn't. That falls on the offense which was led by a true freshman last season, Tyler Hillinski.
Their defense returns a lot of their leading tacklers, but the line looks amiss.

To me, what's happening in 'Cola is a lot like what we saw happen in Gainesville. Boom has a knack for the defensive side of the game. Offense? Not so much.

Yep.... whats amazing is the lack of history for USCe...... a success here and there...but no sustained high level.....
Or don’t remember any..... ...

Cole may be a barner homer, but his analysis is often spot on, especially when it comes to technique.

Yep, you're not going to catch Cole in Bama gear (which is the way it should be), but he calls it down the middle. His goal is to move up and land the top SEC games each week. He knows to do that he's got to be a respected voice. IMO, he is, and I'm not sure anyone on the media side works harder at breaking down the SEC week to week than he does.
