My point is that by calling a minor procedure such as in-grown toe nail removal or any other such procedure "surgery", the coaching staff can make that the official reason Coker isn't practicing and this can be the set back that saves him some embarrassment of not earning the job after 2 years in the system. Of course none of this is confirmed. It's my conspiracy theory. Thank you.

Gotcha. I'm thinking it's some type of ligament repair or pin in a minor fracture (sort of like Julio had when he didn't miss the next week's game), but that's just my speculation.
