I've grown to respect your opinion a lot since joining here; you're one of the better Bama posters I've come across over the years, but you are dead wrong here my friend.

Watson is in another universe compared to Coker. I know youre gonna dig up some stats that prove otherwise, but it doesnt change the fact that Watson is in another league.

Cokers stats were padded by a lot of ingenuity by Kiffin. (and some amazing catches all season by his WR corp) Watson will throw a frozen rope 35+ yards, and hit a WR in the hands on the run. Watson will play on Sundays.

Watsons performance in the natty was one of the better performances I have seen by any player in any game in a long time.

Here is some food for thought:

Coker starts for Clemson... Watson starts for Bama... Clemson gets demolished.

Watson starts for Bama

I'd question decision making ability. I'll go as far to say he'd be a Chad Kelly type of guy under helm at Bama if the roles were reversed this year. INT's would throw another loss, maybe two, on a 7-1 season.

Watson is a far better QB... He was in the NC game and was throughout the season.

Watson was beating 5 star Minkah Fitz most of the night with perfect throws to a walk on WR... In pretty good coverage.

Coker was throwing to a 5 star tight end that wasn't being covered, and taking panic sacks. He looked scared for much of the night, frankly.

Not sure how Watson's game would have been changed at Bama... But he's a special, special player.
