The guy has absolutely no game management skills whatsoever. I've never seen anything like it in my life on this level... or any level really. His inability to formulate and deliver a coherent thought into a microphone is equally mind-boggling.

I'd love to see someone do an SEC Celebrity Jeopardy parody (of SNL fame) with him, Nutt, and Orgeron as the contestants.

I feel bad for the LSU players.

In a year that we scream every week about the Officials ruining it for the players, imagine how it must feel to know that it was your Head Coach? As a player, among the players, how do you handle that?

We all know and have heard ad nauseum about how great those recruiting classes are down at LSU. If he's got the talent to "compete with Bama" as Danielson and other morons think, then he better start using it wisely. That was a recruiting nightmare at Oxford the other night. For Nutt, he likely got any player that was trying to decide between those two schools. Of course Nutt will promise scholly to 50 players anyway.

I am surprised just how good the records have been down there:

2005 - 11-2, 7-1
2006 - 11-2, 6-2
2007 - 12-2, 6-2
2008 - 8-5, 3-5
2009, so far - 8-3, 4-3

Not bad for someone that simply cannot manage a game clock. His use of timeouts is legendary.

They are melting down in unbelievable fashion.
There's quite a few that are dreaming of a Saban reunion at LSU. Funny how just a couple years ago Saban was trash.

and truth be told, I wouldn't enjoy their misery so much had they not thrown such a fit about Saban. They are getting what they deserve in my opinion. AND I think it's great that "I'm gonna recruit for LSU" Shepard, is on the losing end of the deal. ROLL TIDE.

I loved seeing him stumble for words. He has made stupid decisions all these years that has worked by a combination of luck and Saban talent. Then he would look so arrogant after it somehow worked out for him. Now his luck and talent is running out and he is being exposed for the bafoon we all knew he was.
The best part is LSU is stuck with him and his contract makes him hiogher paid than Saban. What a joke!...LSU's has backed theirself into a corner with this one.
