That last LSU drive was very telling, you could see the look on Mettenberger's face. The dude was beaten and then he got cremated on 4 straight plays.

That was a heck of a way to end a game, loved it. I don't enjoy seeing the kid hurt like that but it still was a amazing way to put an exclamation point on the beat down.

You could see it in their player's body language and eyes that they were just ready to go get on the plane home on that last drive.

During our last offensive drive, there was a point where you could just see LSU giving up. It probably started after Losten blasted Kevin "Kenny" Norwood and got the 15 yard penalty, but after that facemask a few plays later it just seemed like they wanted to take it to the locker room right then.

Great call by Saban at halftime to tell the players and coaches that he wanted to run the ball to win this game. Most coaches in this day and age would have called upon his proven QB and WR's to throw the ball all over the field and try to win in a shootout.

Yeah pretty sure CJ had 3 in his hands but only got credited for 2 pass breakups because the third got tipped into the damn tight ends hands.
