My brother is a season ticket holder, so I got this idea from another fan. I picked up a collage frame that has 12 spots for 4x6 photos. I found it at Kirkland's on sale for 19.99. I collected scoreboard pics from the 'net for all our regular season games, manipulated them in PhotoShop to fit the appropriate slots in the frame, and printed them out on my color laser printer.
After cutting them out and placing them in order in the frame, here is the result. I think it turned out pretty sweet and my brother is gonna love it:
