I was sitting in MUSC, years ago, and wearing the old Bama 12 hat...you know the one, with the state outline with 12?

I was laying in bed with eight, maybe nine interns...two doctors, a few nurses. The head of the department at MUSC asked me, "what's the hat mean?" A VANDY grad said, "he's a Bama fan."

I've never worn anything since then that resembles normal Bama fan stuff (as you've seen with my hats.)

For being in a hospital, being cut open a few times, a GREAT memory.
