Looks like they put the elephant on a blank Nike hat. Nike likes to match their front logo color with their check. This one is black, so me thinks aftermarket.

Which could come back to bite them in the ass. Nike is VERY stingy with their property. So Nike might see it as someone trying to capitalize off of their brand/image and not take too kindly to it.
