| FTBL CFB- The Playoffs: Round One: Texas, Ohio State, PSU, and Notre Dame advance

This is a meaningless game that will highlight what an easy route Georgia has to the semis and, through Penn State, the finals.

Normally, I'd agree. And I still kinda think UGA will find their way to the finals thanks to their coaching and the fact they are battle tested and built for this stuff. I'm just not sold on this Stockton kid coming in and being their playoff Tua. Some of these UGA fans that are all giddy over the QB situation are going to let down hard, IMO. But there's not doubt they have a nice paved path to the finals laid before them, while Tennessee, Ohio State, and Oregon are stuck in a jungle with Texas looming over them...

I don't think Stockton has to be a Tua. Just show him how McElroy won a NC in 2008 (don't turn it over), they'll be fine. However, Bobo can't help himself sometimes. He's a QB that has to be throwing it. I wonder if Kirby has the moxy to kick in his teeth & make them run first, especially if ND/IU beat each other up tonight. Etiene will be healed up & their OL ready to pound the shit out of them. I wouldn't be the least surprised to see them run through ND like we did in 2012.

He may surprise me, and the extra reps and not having to go against an Oregon, Vol, or Texas defense on their side of the bracket is a very nice built-in advantage for him. I've just seen these UGA fans who act like they are better off with him than they were with a healthy Beck, and while Beck has had his issues, I can't get on board with that line of thinking. But you're tight of he can play clean and UGA can step up in some other areas, they'll have a chance. They ain't going down without a fight either way, I'll give them credit for that.
