Agreed. Even though he comes across as a little arrogant and condescending, Gary redeems himself as an analyst because he's really good at his job. He seems to have an amazing ability to see everything that's going on during a play. Almost before the whistle blows the ball dead he's typically got an accurate assessment of the play. He definitely knows the game.

Verne is useless.

They're my favourites hands down. I like the way they bounce commentary off each other. They're like Abbott and Costello. Meaning that sincerely and as a compliment.
