FWIW, 2012 Arkansas should be at the top of the list with a drop of 19 spots. They fell from #8 to RV (second in Receiving Votes which put them at #27) after their loss to ULM. E-mail to that effect has been sent to the website.

Here is his reply:
"Thanks for the info. At this time, that page refers to drops in the poll where the team remains ranked. I will probably expand in the future similar to the 'Biggest Jumps...' pages so that Arkansas team will be mentioned, although without complete ORV data for every season, their drop will technically be 18 spots (8 > 26)."
