Danielson, as usual, was pretty much dead-on with his observations. Vern, as usual, was pretty much a waste of space. As for gimmicky nicknames - meh, who needs them? If a nickname is any good, it'll just happen. If it's forced, IMO it probably won't stick. I like 'Ingram and Richardson'; it has a nice ring.

Quite possibly the most lame thing out of their mouths all night. My wife thought it was horrible as well. The fast and furious movies sucked so why in the hell would we want such a played out lame name for our players is beyond me. I would rather just cal them ingram and richardson...but I digress...

I'm not a big on the nicknames either. I'm old school like that.

I actually enjoyed Danielson Sat. night. He did a great job, but my opinion could have been tainted by the game. It was hard not to praise Alabama on Sat. night and even harder to praise anything about Florida.

My favorite quote from him...."these guys don't spend 20 hours a week talking on the phone". He then talked about how much time our team spends watching tape. Just another part of Saban's process and preparation.
