My grandson was recruited by three DivisionIII schools. He has opted to attend Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin. In scouting Beloit's opener against Lake Forest College I discovered the "Best player no one has ever heard of".

His name is Joey Valdivia, RB for LFC who led DIII in 2016 in TDs (THIRTY), Rushing TDs (29), and in scoring (18 PPG). And was ranked 7th in Rushing Yards with 1535. All of this in just 10 games!

In LFC's opener in 2016 against Beloit, Valdivia rushed for 224 yards on 23 attempts and 2 TDs. And caught 3 passes for 23 yards and 1 TD (his one non-rushing TD on the year).

Caught the name Beloit, Wisconsin last night on Criminal Minds.

If I'm not mistaken, the kid that led D1 last year only had 29 TD's on the season. WKU running back who had over 1500 yards himself last year.

Beloit is 96 Miles NW of Chicago and 76 miles SW of Milwaukee. On the Wisconsin-Illinois state line. There is a South Beloit, IL.

5-10, 210 isnt TINY for a back and he does have some pretty nifty feet... not much speed there though.
