🏈 Best home game on the schedule this year.

I'd pick the Arkansas game. I expect to see Wilson in the same position as Mallett two years ago...same with Snead two years ago...he's hit on every passing play.

This Arkansas game has the feeling of the '99 game to me at this point...I do think they'll score more than the seven we allowed two years ago, but no more than 17 at this point.

LSU will have a ton of hype, and probably decide the west (as stated above). Because of this, the tickets will be outrageous.

Arky will be more affordable, and an exciting game. It will be our first real test as we go into the meat of our SEC schedule.

If you are like me and like to see a win, I'd chose Arkansas. Not saying the Arkansas is a sure win or that we'll lose to LSU, but odds are we have a better chance at beating Arkansas. LSU will probably be a bigger game and better atmosphere tho. You can't go wrong with either.

In my mind is LSU, and not even close.

Arkansas may become something special, but maybe not. LSU, if they start out strong against Oregon and soonthereafter at West Virginia, could very well arrive in Tuscaloosa as the #1 team.

Bama and the Hogs will have ZERO chance of being two Top 5 brutes slugging it out.

There is... as another mentioned.. the affordability factor.

Last year spent a couple hundred on a single StubHub ticket, and when I got to the game... single tickets were going for the 1/4 of that. This year I think I'll take the Hogs as ticket prices from scalpers won't be crazy... especially if all I want is a single.

BTW....

has anyone tried to buy tickets from the student message board in the Uni cafeteria area? Saw a whole whack of "Tickets For Sale" notices pined up there... and at great prices.

I firmly believe we win against Arkansas. I makes for a nice evening celebrating the win and enjoying the company of Tidefans.

LSU isn't in the same category. If you were in his shoes, wouldn't you consider the "after tail-gating" party as well? Which game has the more likelihood of happening (w)? A win vs LSU makes for a WILD eve in T-town. Is that the OP's "cup of tea?"
