Ok, I'm not a huge Christmas song person... I don't sit around and listen to them and in fact, I think most of them are somewhere between bad and awful. But, if I had to rank my top 10, this would be them... matched with the artists I think do them best. I'm sure I'm accidently leaving a couple out that have slipped my mind as well. Give me your favorites too... as long as they don't include anything by Jackson Five, I promise not to make fun of it...

You'll notice a pretty common thread throughout my list...

1. Christmas In Dixie (Alabama)
2. Drummer Boy (Johnny Cash or For King & Country)
3. South Alabama Christmas (Jamey Johnson)
4. Run Rudolph Run (Foo Fighters)
5. The Christmas Song (Jamey Johnson)
6. If We Make It Through December (Merle Haggard)
7. Pretty Paper (Willie Nelson)
8. Blue Christmas (Elvis)
9. Winter Wonderland (George Strait or Dolly)
10. Silver Bells (Alan Jackson)

If I was an admin, I'd have to put someone in a lengthy timeout for choosing any garbage from Mariah Carey or "Sleigh Ride." :devilish::)

(then in no particular order)
2. Dan Fogelberg's "Old Lang Syne"
3. Stevie Nicks's "Silent Night"
4. Bryan Adams' "Christmas Time"
5. Nat King Cole's "The Christmas Song"
6. Alabama's "Christmas in Dixie"
7. Greg Lake's "I Believe in Father Christmas"
8. Dean Martin's "Baby, It's Cold Outside"
9. Vince Guaraldi Trio's "A Charlie Brown Christmas"
10. Run DMC's "Christmas Time in Hollis"

Not going to list any artists just because so many that I like singing. @Brandon Van de Graaff Why did the Jackson Five sing any type of Christmas song anyway!! Since it was against their religion!

I don't know, but they make every store's playlist this time of year it seems. Can't stand it.

Jehovah's Witness don't believe in Easter,Christmas.

Katherine Jackson, a devout Jehovah's Witness, raised all 10 of her children in the Jehovah's Witness faith, and while some of them strayed as they reached adulthood, Michael remained committed.Jun 23, 2023

"Pentatonix" has been the best "new" Christmas music I've heard in a decade or two.
I'm tired of hearing it already. It's like pumpkin spice being "brought back" in July for October. I've seen so much Christmas before Thanksgiving stuff this season...

Call me a grinch.

There are several Christmas songs that i like to listen to, but these four maybe my favorites.

Peace On Earth / Little Drummer Boy By Bing Crosby and David Bowie

Foxes and Fossils do a lot of covers that I like. Three of their Christmas songs I like are..........
