SIAP, but I didn't see it yet. For some reason its not posted on the expansion website yet, but here's the latest update:

Thad says she'll be finished in 6 weeks. Pretty solid progress.

About 5 minutes in, while speaking of the upper deck, Thad states that half of the seating would go to the students and half to TIDEPRIDE. This contrasts with what was previously said about the allottments.

Previously the seating was to go to the students, to UA staff, and to the A-Club.
